my break is here... n the oli 2 days break in a row...
last day of work with seniors...
next week i'm gonna work alone...
n i'll be facing all the cust with the questions which i can't answer them all definitely..


oh btw today, my parents came to oub to find me n bring me home after work
hehe so happy n bitz shock cuz when i lift up head n saw her standing on the 2nd floor railin...
hahah n it's all dark cuz closing time, all shops closed n lights off... oli starhub still doing closing..
hahah they wanted to have dinner with me during my break, unfortunately they were too far away when i called them during the start of my break

next mon, i'm goin to recruit express to hand in the work slips, hahahah
first pay ok~ but it takes bout 5 working days to get into out banks..
so gotta wait.. bitz excited...hehe

oh ya, i made a few more frens today---> charisa, meishan, lynnette, raakel
yeah... today is quite good cuz not as mani pple... n i can handle some stuff liao..
boost my confidence a bit.....

oh n today i overheard angel n raakel talking bout some one in starhub.. saying tat person is very 'jia' or fake in english.. then i ask them who is the person they're talking bout then they say cannot tell... haha 'office politics, u'll noe after a period of time working here' they said
quite interesting huh, but it's realli a very threatening issue to get involve...u noe?

i hate my job
it's getting more n more tiring...
i'm tired... of the scoldings
n myself... i learn things too slow...
getting myself in deep shit...
i'm tiedd down by the contract... how can i quit?

woa~! It's such a busy n tiring n tough job~!
the whole place is full of pple... n Monday (from wat my seniors there said) is the busiest day
n yah, it's my first day of work on MONDAY
nvm, under stressful condition, i may be learning better n faster..
well today is my off day.. for the passed 2 working days, i'd learnt quite alot~
but there still a lot to learn~ realli a lot
i relied lotz on my seniors for the last 2 days.. they almost hav to help mi with everything...
but luckily, i'd learnt the most most basic n i can now handle a portion of the cust.
oh ya, i had also met several types of diff cust... super nice to super horrible
it realli varies in a wide range... some even stay at the counter to ask n scold and watever till the time we close. n some just send a letter of complaint n even threaten to sue
hahah well others keep complaining to us n we hav to just bear with it n return them with a stupid smile. hai~
well.. my seniors there are generalli quite nice
hope tat i can absorb everything fast n nice so tat i dun hav to rely so much on my work mates... i guess they'll be irritated soon if i continue asking...
well next break is on sunday... ahh... looking forward to tat day..hehe
