aniway, i'll BE telling u all bout my day out yesterday... fun and enjoyable day. i bought some stuff yesterday... wanted to get myself a pair of sandals but no time... i bought a big pack of japanese hamster food (hopes it taste better), a green feeding bowl especially for xiaohei (cuz everytime when i refill the onli bowl in xiaobai n xiaohei's house, xiaobai will sit into the bowl and food the food all by herself) and i also bout a set of hamtoro toys. hahhah it's very cheap and cute. there're 3 cups which can go round in circle when u wind the thing up, so i was thinking to put all my 3 hammies in each cupz and play 'cups cups' hahha but when u get and n try, both xiaoham and xiaobai got large butt and can't fit in. i haven't try out with xiaohei, but he did told me that it's girly....
then we went on to eat our early dinner at just noodles. nice food at cheap price~ luckily that day's dessert is tau huay... not that colour-toxicated jelly. yummi~ ps: dun try their liver mee suan.
after the shopping and makan, we went to collect the tic at esplanade and get into the concert hall. esplanade is cool, staff are professional and their service is great. and the concert hall itself is nice and grand.
woa~ we're 5th row from the front, see everything quite cleary and sound is direct and clear from the band. amkss band
has a nice sound... they sound better when playing gentle and light tunes. they have nice soloist too. esp the piccolo player who is also the band major, i think. the trumpet soloist who played without any accompaniment at own time own target was great too. i give him/her a thumbs up! of course i watched my grace all the way. but i can oli see her playing the clash cymbals..
the thai band is a all-boi band, and they're very loud. too loud ain't good boys... it's hurting my ears and i think they're whacking everything lor. though ya, but they're talented... their overtures are strong and powerful. n one thing i find it best is that they have ONE sound. difficult to do that and they did it... woa!
while all these music were playing, i recalled my band days especialli in commonwealth. ahhh it's such a nice time though i was suffering at that time. band time is never easy and relaxed.... well, maybe memories are always beautiful. i got a sudden yearn to get back to my trumpet/cornet concert setting position and start to play with the others... hahah but one thing i remember utmost clearly is that when u p
layed good music and u know it, u'll be very very happy. it's not the happiness that u'll smile and laugh out loud, it's that your heart, that vascular organ, will be glowing. well, i can write the feeling down, but i bet u all know that feeling :)
running late... the concert ended at bout 10.30 and i gotta rush home to do my mountain high homework. while getting home, was trying very hard to get my lesson 10 vocab into my head... arrrgh still cannot make it...
I HAD BEEN TO THE LG DISPLAY SHOWROOM AND MY GODDESS IS EVERYWHERE.
this is me, when i was a sec one gal. i'm pretty plump then hehhe. basic training with my fav bandmate Minping. the girl standing was my Sectional Leader. she was also the Band Major.
