STARHUB CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
woa~! It's such a busy n tiring n tough job~!
the whole place is full of pple... n Monday (from wat my seniors there said) is the busiest day
n yah, it's my first day of work on MONDAY
nvm, under stressful condition, i may be learning better n faster..
well today is my off day.. for the passed 2 working days, i'd learnt quite alot~
but there still a lot to learn~ realli a lot
i relied lotz on my seniors for the last 2 days.. they almost hav to help mi with everything...
but luckily, i'd learnt the most most basic n i can now handle a portion of the cust.
oh ya, i had also met several types of diff cust... super nice to super horrible
it realli varies in a wide range... some even stay at the counter to ask n scold and watever till the time we close. n some just send a letter of complaint n even threaten to sue
hahah well others keep complaining to us n we hav to just bear with it n return them with a stupid smile. hai~
well.. my seniors there are generalli quite nice
hope tat i can absorb everything fast n nice so tat i dun hav to rely so much on my work mates... i guess they'll be irritated soon if i continue asking...
well next break is on sunday... ahh... looking forward to tat day..hehe
